THE ROLE

We're a small team that moves fast and works close. Content is how we show up for our clients and right now, we need someone to help us do more of it, and do it well.

THE DETAILS

This is a part-time coordinator role with a content slant. You'll work across social, EDM, copy, and creative. Keeping things moving, on-brand, and on time. Across multiple clients.

3 to 4 days a week. 6 to 12 month contract. The kind of role that could turn into something more for the right person.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK We're based in South Yarra. Some days you're at our office. Others you're embedded with a client: a hospitality venue, a design studio, a property group. Our clients are varied and the work reflects that. No two weeks look the same.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Most of your week will sit here: Content planning, design, and scheduling across client social channels. Writing and proofing copy. Building EDM templates and sending campaigns via Klaviyo. Filming and editing reels.

Help us maintain client WIPs. Keep things on track. Save us from the admin that makes good work possible.

When needed, you'll also support case study briefing calls, press releases, event attendance, and EDM web hooks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR You communicate clearly and confidently. In writing, on a call, in a room. You don't need to be chased. You catch the things others miss. You manage your time without being managed.

On tools: Canva and Klaviyo are non-negotiable. CapCut or a solid editing alternative is expected. Notion is a bonus.

WHO FITS

You've done this before, maybe in-house, maybe agency-side. You're across content trends but not led by them. You care about quality. You don't overcomplicate things.
